OBLIQUE AERIAL PHOTOGRAPHY
23.06.2012

Oblique aerial photography presents landscapes or objects from completely different angles and perspectives. Aerial photographer takes images through an open window of the aircraft or by flying without doors, using different cameras and lenses for best composition. Oblique aerial photography requires a comprehensive experience, as the view is changing quickly and an opportunity for a good image can slip by within a fraction of a second.

PROGRESS ON PIPISTREL VIRUS-SW914
17.10.2011

After CAFE-NASA-GOOGLE challenge triumph Pipistrel is back and working hard to complete unique Round The World and aerial imaging version of their Virus-SW. Each major modification brings hundreds of small ones what is time consuming work. But the time to departure is getting shorter, so I am regular visitor in factory to speedup impossible.
Also guys at Kanardia working hard to complete prototipe backup engine data instrument EMSIS which get me some needed redundancy.
Days are becoming shorter and shorter and work is sometimes overhelming, sorting out fuel problems, permissions, lack of money, looking for sponsors.... all beside my normal work in my company. This year is very successful, a lot of new customers make me sure that we are on right way. Doing professional aerial imaging with low noise, low fuel consumption so environmentaly very friendly.

Die Alpen
EXPECTING NEW AIRCRAFT
15.02.2011

The year 2011 is going to be exciting. Our past work has led us to the point where we need to think ahead. Existing aircraft has become "too tight" to install additional recorders and detectors and would require substantial modification. We considered a larger, twin-engine aircraft, but the spirit of limited development has prevailed. We ordered a new ultra-light aircraft VirusSW at Pipistrel, which will be modified to allow installation of a scanner and gyro gimbals for video and thermal cameras. So we remain in the realm of light aircrafts with minimum environmental impact due to exhaust gases and noise, nevertheless allowing installation of the latest technology for creating professional products. We are also preparing a new project, a new flight around the world - the "GreenLight WorldFlight" - that will demonstrate environmentally friendly way of flying in remote areas of the world and show the invisible face of global waters.

HAPPY NEW YEAR 2011
01.01.2011

In the New Year, we wish you a new point of view on the world and life, and to find joy and satisfaction even without a reason. Life is not what we see, but mostly what we can't see. Together on the path through the space.
